Cold Saw Capabilities & Cutting Range

  • Round Bar: 2.750″ to 9.000″
  • Square Bar: 2.750″ to 6.000″
  • Flat 4.133″ x 5.25″
  • Offers a “Teach” program where we can cut rectangles from 2.750″ to 7.000″
  • Cutoff tolerance: +/- .015″ on parts under 120″; +/- .030″ on parts over 120″
  • Square tolerance: +/- .001 per inch of diameter on bar; .0015 per inch of diameter on tube

Band Saw Cutting Capabilities

  • Cutting Capacity: 20″ x 20″
  • Tolerance: +/- .040″ on straight & 90 degree cuts
    • Need to have +/- 0.60″ on angle cuts
  • 0 to 60 degree angle cutting

Tsune Circular Sawing Machines

  • High speed sawing machine with carbide tipped saw blade only. The saw head and GFC are both fed by servo-motor ball screw
  • Cutting Capacity: Round Bar is .625″ to 5.125″ and Square Bar is .625″ to 4.500″
  • Cut off Length: .500″ to 180.00″
  • Tolerance: +/- .010″
