Our commitment to practicing Lean Manufacturing principles includes having a certified Six Sigma Black Belt on staff.

Lean Manufacturing is a continuous process that we are using in order to add value and eliminate waste through Kaizan events, Value Stream Mapping projects, and the training of our employees on these principles.

To this end, we are always looking at ways we can eliminate non-value added processes and keep the cost to our customers as low as possible. Our objective is to deliver to our customers quality parts, on-time, with the added value they are looking for.
